1. Sometimes the difference between a good and bad review is how the staff handle 'stumbles' in a guest's experience at a hotel.

3. The room was very comfortable and for an atrium hotel, the noise level was Not bad at all - even on New Year's Eve when we decided to get out of the cold of the First Night events & watch the midnight fireworks from our room & on TV.

9. It is important to mention the location of the hotel, after we ourselves were freaked out after booking by people mentioning how bad the location is and reccomending that we try to book elsewhere- but don't fret it is FINE.
