1. I was hesitant to use the pool after learning about another reviewer's negative experience with the chemical burn and high chlorine levels.

4. The one big negative about the Langham was that it does not offer free wireless internet, and it's about $20 a day to get it (kind of steep seeing as the rooms aren't cheap, and that it is full of business people).
