1. The not so great aspects of this hotel for me were the mixed concierge service (it really depended who you got - we were recommended an Italian restaurant which was awful.

2. The cooling system was awful -- the temperature is preset to 78 degrees and you have to have building engineering come around to rout around in the ceiling before you can use the in-room thermostat.
