1. hotel was very nice-unfortunately it didn't have a pool-lighting was poor in bathroom-staff was very helpful-almost everything was in walking distance (if you are relatively fit)-train was easily accessible and user friendly-beautiful city.

6. unfortunately management is pompous and arrogant and did not address the needs of a disabled guest or freezing room and non working thermostat as well as maid disturbing room at undesirably early hour the morning of departure when we clearly had not vacated.

7. Wonderful turn down service, with music on the in-room CD/radio player set to classical station and chocolates on your pillow; fantastically large towels on heated towel holders; wonderful robes; complimentary umbrella in the closet (which sure came in handy, unfortunately); comfortably appointed modern lobby and two free internet stations (though the rooms are equipped for internet access I didn`t have a laptop).

8. The bed was so nice that, unfortunately, we missed a few hours of sightseeing because we just stayed in the bed wrapped up in the hotel bathrobes (I also wrote down the manufacturer`s name of the robes).
