1. Rooms a bit small even in deluxe but not a problem.

Room was great (only slight problem was the air flow in the room- they said they were going to send somebody up, but I don't think they ever showed up) Never made the bar scene that everyone raved about, but the bar was definitely jumping all 3 nights we were there) Doormen extremely helpful, and even arranged a car to take us to airport which turned out to be a very nice SUV, which was cheaper than a taxi.

3. So if you are unlucky in your neighbors the thickness of the walls could be a problem.

4. The only problem we had with our room was that it was too hot, but the room did have it's own thermostat which we were able to regulate.

5. My only problem was when we got there we were shown to a room that was a 'non smoking' room but stunk of stale ciggies.

6. This is a beautiful hotel but when something goes wrong I would question the ability of management to deal with problems dispite the absolute courtesy displayed.

7. Not a problem in space terms as there is a large lounge next to reception but just made it difficult to get a post dinner drink on our last night.

8. I used the fitness room at 6am, 7am, 8am and 6pm and, although small (6 cardio machines, rack of free weights and modular weights) I didn`t have a problem with having to Q for equipment.
