1. When I was asked if I wanted a hot towel to clean my hands and face before heading to my room, I was shocked; so shocked I said no instead of yes.

5. I would definately stay here again- The only fault I could find was that tea and coffee facilities didn`t come with the room and thats a standard thing for most british hotels and was shocked to see that if you wanted any tea making facilities they charged you- but that really wasthe only fault.
