1. The only negative we could find is that pool room was overheated, not a water but rather air in room, kids didn't complain but parents who had to watch over them were sweating profusely.

3. The only real negative we had was that it wasn't clear from the booking that if we wanted the airport shuttle - we had to ring the hotel and ask them to send it over for us (unlike most of the other hotels - these guys only come to collect when called.
