1. Without a car you can't really go far - this is not the fault of the hotel though - every other hotel in this area has the same issue.

6. The only reason I withhold 5 stars v 4 is that there were some issues with my room (toilet didn't work properly, shower made a very loud noise and the desk chair was very squeaky), suggesting they need to pay a bit more attention to maintenance.

7. We encountered several small issues during our stay including getting woken up by housekeeping even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door, rattling pipes in the shower, an elevator so slow that we needed to take the stairs from the 6th floor just to get out of the hotel, a desk clerk that ignored us when we needed an extra laundry bag, and an unsightly and poorly organized/managed breakfast area.
