1. The only reason I withhold 5 stars v 4 is that there were some issues with my room (toilet didn't work properly, shower made a very loud noise and the desk chair was very squeaky), suggesting they need to pay a bit more attention to maintenance.

3. We stayed in room 323 and found the heater and A/C to be loud, we made them aware of it and were told it would be fixed and were thanked for brining it to there attention.
