1. When I got back, I got an email from the manager assuring me the problem was fixed and it was a larger problem.

8. I took my parents to Baltimore for a short vacation - their room had all sorts of problems - no hot water in the shower, toiletries were not replaced, burn marks in the carpet, window in the shower would not shut despite repeated requests to Maintenance.
