1. I believe they were in even numbered rooms, we were in an odd numbered room on the back side of the hotel and had no noise issues.

2. The biggest issue we had with the layout was the impracticality of the 'barn door' type bathroom door, it seems to be a bit of a trend in boutique hotels of late, to mount a pocket door outside of the wall to function as a bathroom door, some places do this well and the room benefits from the space saving design elements, but this was not one of those places.

3. Our studio room, located on the 2nd floor, was very basic but complete with a small sitting area (desk, sofa & tv), kitchen (sink, fridge & coffeemaker), small bathroom (hot water is an issue as we had to take quick 5-minute or less showers), and a no-nonsense bed with comforter, pillows, clean sheets, and little else.

4. Looks like they have issues with accidently removing things with room service and not returning them.

5. There were numerous other service issues and they all stemmed from nasty attitudes of specific staff.

6. She backed off at that point but I came to the realization I was leaving this hotel without the blanket and there was no chance of us ever getting it back given their lack of responsiveness to the issue while we were still guests.

7. In summary, many of the personnel had serious attitude issues (lacking any customer service skills whatsoever) and the rooms were dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke and had maintenance issues.

8. We were reluctantly given a larger room on a top floor but this room had maintenance issues (toilet was clogged, breakers would go out, etc.

9. The only issue was that the A/C was only slightly cold.
