4. Lots of positive aspects, excellent comfortable bed and pillows, good amount of space for a downtown hotel room, kitchen space good, shower great, free fast wifi, little noise from outside, very close to the free circulator bus.

5. The hallway noise was minimal (could hear talking but being at the end of the hall has its perks as there weren't a lot of people back and forth).

My parents also mentioned that they found the noise between rooms to be troublesome with rude neighbors next door, they had a toddler throwing a tantrum and screaming at the top of her lungs for about an hour on Saturday morning, and they could quite clearly hear her and her mother yelling at her.

9. Other observations from family members: Those on the lower floors found their rooms to be quite loud, and a number of them up to the 4th floor had trouble sleeping due to urban noise.
