1. I had a room on the second floor and the level of noise from the street was crazy loud.

They were completely responsive -- switching our rooms for better ones when necessary (one of us was in a rather loud room tucked back behind one of the restaurants, but the next morning the staff quickly switched that room for a quieter one on an upper floor) and helping us figure out things like ground transportation around Baltimore.

7. Another complaint I had was that we had one particularly loud neighbor one night, and their TV had to have been on full volume up until 2-3am.

8. I understand it is in the heart of Fells Point and it will be loud until about 2-2:30am, what i was not expecting was to be woken up at 3am to people out in the alley screaming, yelling, blaring music until I finally called the front desk and asked them politely to do something about it, finally about 20 minutes later, around 4:00am I was able to sleep.

9. Some of my guests were placed in rooms that they described as extremely small, loud, and containing broken furniture, but once they asked to be switched all was taken care of promptly.
