8. We received these as a result of problems at a Radisson Hotel in London in 2009 -- problems I've long since forgotten.

9. We encountered a minor heating/air conditioning issue in that the heat was never switched on in our room, We called the desk and within about 10 minutes, two lovely gentlemen where in the room fixing the problem.

10. As the Radisson trades heavily on its high-speed internet access in its advertising, and this was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel over others in Baltimore, I am very disappointed - both with the poor quality service, and the slow response time when problems were reported.
