8. While these issues make your stay less than desirable, what riled me up was how the manager initially responded by literally laughing when I complained about my breakfast getting very delayed despite repeated reminder calls (2 calls in total).

10. When I got home from my trip I called to complain, and they told me it was to cover any charges I incurred, and it would be automatically refunded if I didn't bill anything to the room.
