9. valet didnt come to car, stood in line over 1 hour to get room key, went to room to find someone else already staying in room, waited another 3 hours for a room, bathroom wasnt clean, still had dirty soap and shampoo from previous stay, then they charged my card for valet that was supposed to be free.
