ly, the fireworks were cancelled for New Year's Eve (when we were there) so we couldn't watch them from the waterside room which would have provided an excellent view.

ly while we were in the City the Harbor was experiencing something called 'Red Tide' which as I understand it is a bacterial organism which depletes the water of oxygen & the fish die in great numbers.
