3. While the hotel itself is quaint, small, and adequate, it does not deserve to be number one in Baltimore and will disappoint if you are expecting perfection (or close to it).

5. The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful, so any requests were quickly satisfied, but after asking for a packet of hot chocolate, it was disappointing to have to return to ask for the hot water to be replenished.
