1. The only negative was the TV - nice big flat screen with satellite service - but a real challenge to get on & off.

2. The only negative was the room location as I was told it was a partial harbor view, but you could not see the harbor at all, just a view of the parking lot and the harbor was around the corner.

3. Ok the negative was, in Fells Point there are really only pubs and ice cream shops you must walk (20--25 minutes) or water taxi to the inner harbor for restaurants.

10. My only negative observation was that I had not realised before checking in that the Inn rooms were all on the ground floor, with residences on the upper floors.
