1. The mattress was thin and uncomfortable; linens were rough; there weren't any extra plugs to charge a phone or plug your computer in - I literally had to unplug a light to charge my laptop on the desk; tub was pathetic; furnishings reminded me of a holiday Inn; TV was ancient.
