5. The front desk employees are rude and did not give us the room our host reserved for us , so we had to contact our host for the premier and it was changed within minutes.

We were there for Haloween and there was not much party effort made and there were not many people dressed up (well not like us anyway) We played slots for hours and there seemed to be only 2 people in the while casino serving drinks, we had to wait an hour atelast for one drink and the women that came round were rude.
