3. These rooms are not cheap, but I stayed in the Superior room and had no bed bug problems.

6. Last but not least, service was good: the first night we had a problem with our room because the bathroom drain was clogged, and asked to be moved and this was not a problem at all, we actually did not make a line and stood at the VIP line and got attended immediately.

9. Their line was 35 minutes long, and when the keycard didn't work in the room door, they were instructed by the bell boy to stand back in the line to resolve the problem.
