7. 01 which I did not know the reason,so I called to ask why they charged me twice, first I called to reservation, they said they could not help me, so I called to Front Desk, they said they will call me back, they never did, and i called again and they told me to call Accounting office that they MIGHT be able to help me, so I had to wait 2 more days to ask them about this, because they only work on weekdays, and when I called a very rude and unprofessional person named LANA answered the phone and put me on hold without even asking me for almost 15 minutes, and when she came back she told me that I got charged for 5 nights, she did not even ask me my version, she just told me : YOU GOT CHARGED FOR WHAT YOU STAYED, do you need anything else, I got shocked, I told her my story again for 5th time, and she put me on hold again, and when she came back, she tells me I call you back, I got upset and did not want to give my number, I was tired of being put on hold and waiting a long time to get an answer from the hotel, so without leting me know she transfered my call to another person named Jason, who told me the same thing, I told him my story again for the 6th time, and he agreed to check what happened, never apologizing for what happened or for the unprofessional way his teammates take care of their guests, so at the end it was a mistake of the FROT DESK, but I never heard an apology, never heard a word of sorrow, anything, he called me back to let me know that they made a mistake and they will be ckarging me back my money in the next couple of days.
