1. positive: - location is okay, near Hard rock Hotel and not far from the Strip- great rates (but that could to be the problem)- parking in front of room- large rooms well equipped (small kitchenette)negative:- room was at the far end of the property, away from everything and rather dark under a staircase, a large trash bin in front of our room and the back street right behind us- we had several bugs in our room (and I never had problems with that before)All in all it wasn't completely bad, but definitely below standard.

7. We loved the price and layout of the place - conveniently located by the Hard rock Hotel (not on the strip, the one on Paradise) and also by my favorite bar in Vegas, the Double Down Saloon (a must visit for rock/punk fans).
