1. positive: - location is okay, near Hard Rock Hotel and not far from the Strip- great rates (but that could to be the problem)- parking in front of room- large rooms well equipped (small kitchenette)negative:- room was at the far end of the property, away from everything and rather dark under a staircase, a large trash bin in front of our room and the back street right behind us- we had several bugs in our room (and I never had problems with that before)All in all it wasn't completely bad, but definitely below standard.

3. Honestly when looking at this hotel online is not very appealing, however, when you actually see it in person, it really is not that bad.

7. Old fashion door out to sidewalk type basic room, comfortable bed, tired decorating, reasonably clean, but the strong air freshener odor was bad.
