1. good management and quick resolutions to any problem.

2. positive: - location is okay, near Hard Rock Hotel and not far from the Strip- great rates (but that could to be the problem)- parking in front of room- large rooms well equipped (small kitchenette)negative:- room was at the far end of the property, away from everything and rather dark under a staircase, a large trash bin in front of our room and the back street right behind us- we had several bugs in our room (and I never had problems with that before)All in all it wasn't completely bad, but definitely below standard.

4. Even though proximity to the airport causes very loud jet noise outside, there was no such problem in the room itself.

5. On other hand, nearness to airport a problem with airplane noise, as one of runways puts planes right over this motel.

7. problems: It is a bit noisy because it is in the flight path of the airport so every couple minutes you hear planes going overhead.

9. The only real problem was when the toilet got plugged and the staff could not provide a plunger for over 4 hours.

10. The only problems we had was that we had to take the shuttle van because the hotel is a mile away from the strip and he couldn't drive if his life depended on it and the worse part is that he couldn't speak any English because we were trying to ask him some questions.
