1. The one main problem is it is far down and not the best neighborhood, cab fair is very expensive and with traffic it got to be expensive, we had to rent a car.

2. I had read a few complaints about the room bathrooms, but ours was spotless (and twice the size of the one we saw inside a Ramada during our journey home) - the sink, toilet and shower/tub worked without problems.

4. We discovered the deuce bus a few days into the trip which solved alot of problems, so make use of that.

5. The problems ran from no face plates on the phones, to sinks that did not hold water, to bathroom fans that did not work to TV's that turned themselves on at full blast in the middle of the night, and safes that did not work.

The hallways had new carpet installed, but there seemed to be an issue on the one wall, they had exposed drywall and it was being repaired while we were there (was not an issue to me, I was happy they were repairing the problem) I would put this hotel on par with a Best Western Plus, or give it 3.
