4. Yes, there were quite a few children and lots of big people, making it somewhat difficult to maneuver from the lobby area to the elevators, but we managed.

10. My spouse is wheelchair bound and it is often times very difficult for him to maneuver in hotel/motel rooms, especially in using the shower facilities even when a handicapped room is requested.
