5. awful service, room didn't have a remote control and the one they brought me didn't work, didn't change towels, the lady in housekeeping as she was knocking the door she was getting into the room then she left the door open, the service at the buffet was horrible as well, I called to extend my stay one night and i was told that i was going to get the same rate for the second night and they didn't, I don't think I'm staying in this hotel again, do I gonna recommend this to friends and family, COURSE NOT.

6. The food at Rock and Rita's was akin to a Denny's (we only had breakfast there) and the food at the buffet was AWFUL, I mean terrible.

10. I think location could have been better, it's not too far away but Las Vegas gets to busy in the evening and the traffic on the strip was awful so what would have probably been a rather short bus journey to all the main hotels/attractions turned into 45 minute trip.
