1. We didn't have any problem at the reception.

7. We're not the types that care too much about our room, unless there's a problem - we had no problems here at all - and for downtown vegas - this is exactly what you'd expect from an older hotel.

9. I've read complaints about the South Tower Elevators, but there wasn't a problem with any in the North Tower.
