1. everything about the hotel seemed filthy, and our room was dirty upon arrival (cigarette butts on the nightstand, dirty bath and pillows) and supposedly they had just cleaned it.

4. smelled horrible, cigerette burns in comforter,urine on toilet,no fitted sheets and red bed bugs in the beds crawling everywhere it was disgusting and filthy and my young children left traumatized and afraid to sleep, they didnt refund my deposit as i was told,they only put halft the deposit back on my card several days later after going back and forth with them.
