3. We got the room swithced ,still in the same tower and couldnt even walk in by the awful smell of smoke.

4. The bed was sagging and awful, we didnt even wanna take our shoes off as we didnt want to catch whatever the cleaner bleach was covering up, as there where noticible stains the bleach was covering something up.
