1. The problem with not being carpeted is that dirt is easily tracked in and our feet were black from walking on the floor.

4. When we got into the room there were only 2 pillows on the bed but we went to the office and asked for 2 more which was not a problem.

(there was also another couple with a similar problem) We were offered a queen room (even though there was 3 of us) which we were told was non smoking in the refurbished rooms because of having nowhere else to say at that time of night we took there offer only to find the room heavily smelling of smoke (as a asthmatic this caused several issues) they were unable to offer us anything else due to over booking.
