2. The couches were disgusting and every frame broken; the bed frames were all broken (one was held up by a paint can); the kitchen was absolutely gross & inadequately stocked with dishes (3 coffee cups between 2 condos); old peanuts, candy, etc.

3. There is a small semi-covered pool on the property (salt water though, kind of gross), barbecue grills, and a decent fitness facility.
