1. When we complained at the front desk, we were told it was our responsibility to ask.

9. That means that they have no resposibilty to you as the guest what`s so ever and your left thinking then who does? After complaining alot to get another room, it was even more filthy and old and (to our horror,) under that window at 4:30am they were picking up the trash and delivering hotel goods.
