4. It centrally located on the strip next to bellagio and the new grand mgm center mall (currently being built so yes ask for earplugs if you don`t want to be awaken too early in the morning) Yes, but no big deal your in Vegas and not in the room that much anyway.

5. Construction wasn`t a big deal, considering that we were going to stay at the MGM and they have construction going on as well, and so do like half the resorts in Vegas, so if you`re going to Vegas most likely it will be around.
