2. Bad Points: Poor AC and Fan (Noisey), insufficient cookware, Pillows were too soft, bed was not comfortable (too hard), coffee pot was too small, remote controls for TV did not work, furniture was ugly, room was depressing, no elevators.

3. The day we checked in, we were so disappointed, the rooms are too small, and the second day we came back at night, we found out that the room was not cleaned at all, and we called the front desk, they told us the janitor was out of job that morning, how rediculous.
