1. The beds were very old and as hard as boards, the pillows were old, lumpy, and could not have been cheaper or more uncomfortable.

10. Bad Points: Poor AC and Fan (Noisey), insufficient cookware, Pillows were too soft, bed was not comfortable (too hard), coffee pot was too small, remote controls for TV did not work, furniture was ugly, room was depressing, no elevators.
