6. Most casinos have a better ventallation system to suck out the smoke so it is tolerable for non-smokers, but this one was very sorely lacking.

7. If you are a smoker who likes a party atmosphere especially at night, doesn't mind sleeping on dirty sheets for the duration of your stay, and in no rush to catch a plane when you leave, then Rio is for you.
