1. In addition to high costs, we felt many of the employees were quite rude if it didn't seem like you had the money to spent outrageously.

10. I had all of the info that the airline gave us, which was just my confirmation/receipt showing our flight and two rooms, but they would not even try to figure out the issue and were very rude.
