3. It's a casino so it smells casino-y but the check in guy was fast and pleasant, the valet guys are fast and pleasant, room was clean and ready at noon (girls weekend, we arrived early.

5. Hooters isn't so sophisticated in this respect but it still didn't make your clothes smell by hanging around in the bar/casino so I guess their air-con must be pretty effective.

8. the reason why i choose hooters i stayed there before and the service was great it was an african american girl there named kristy and a nother girl there name sara at the front desk they were so nice but i guess that is where the customer service stopped when i arrived at the hotel it was horrible check in process was very rude the girls at the counter would start speaking spanish in front of me laughing i think that was very rude the guy noe and the stone head guy tall think he was the manager very rude and demeaning I can honestly say the reservation manager was great more helpful then the director of the hotel she came to me smelling like a big ball of smoke didnt want to compisate me for the bed bugs that crawled all over me and my daughters leg houskeeping manager mary was a complete b*&tch she needs to be at the motel 6 next door.
