1. Went to hotel check in again and the room wasn't ready and again the receptionist barked at us and was rude.

3. The staff was completely rude throughout the entire check in like I was inconveniencing them by being unhappy with THEIR offer not working, overall id rather stay at circus circus than stay here again.

6. When we finally got in to check in the girl at the front desk was not only rude but had an attitude every time we had a question, and didnt even ask why we were in Vegas or if we were celebrating any occasions.

7. lets not talk about the food ghetto service food cold and nasty the manager was very rude i will never stay at hooters again i had the worst possible stay there ever and one of the maids called me white trash.

8. the reason why i choose hooters i stayed there before and the service was great it was an african american girl there named kristy and a nother girl there name sara at the front desk they were so nice but i guess that is where the customer service stopped when i arrived at the hotel it was horrible check in process was very rude the girls at the counter would start speaking spanish in front of me laughing i think that was very rude the guy noe and the stone head guy tall think he was the manager very rude and demeaning I can honestly say the reservation manager was great more helpful then the director of the hotel she came to me smelling like a big ball of smoke didnt want to compisate me for the bed bugs that crawled all over me and my daughters leg houskeeping manager mary was a complete b*&tch she needs to be at the motel 6 next door.

10. BTW, hotel is in terribly old, run down condition (this is in the old San Remo), the dealers were rude, and the elevators smelled.
