8. The craps table could only run on 1/2 a table due to lack of staff, the waitress/bartender at the pool was the only person servicing the entire pool area.

9. The bathroom goodies were downgraded to the point they had that lousy shampoo & conditioner-in-one crap, so I had to go buy shampoo and conditioner separately (a girl thing).
