Both are beautiful and worth the trip, but I would recommend Red

We drove west to red
rock
canyon, which is amazing and an easy 30 min drive out of town, then came back to town and parked in the self-park at the mirage to visit the tigers and dolphins.

They not only go the strip every half hour, but if you ask the front desk, they have grocery runs, but also trip to places like Freemont Street, Red
rock
, and I think maybe even Sam's Town.
