1. My only complaint and it is a small one is with reservations.

4. My only complaints are the lack of in-room wifi and the poorly designed louvered doors to the lanai.

10. My one complaint would be that when checking in, I had to stand in line for quite some time (which is fine - that happens), but THEN had to stand in line AGAIN at a separate counter to get my parking pass.
