1. In the foyer most of the people checking in seemed to be having issues and weren't very happy.

3. But why post security guards at ALL the pool entrances? I have a key card to open the gate, why I still need to show the guard my key card?? Am I in jail or something? I think the resort has a control issue.

4. Overall the shuttle service wasnt too bad, we had 2 small issues.

6. Parking was an issue in for this tower as there is very limited parking and we did park in what looked like an overflow parking area and we didn't get towed, we were not sure if it was part of the resort or not.
