1. When we got to the hotel, even though I had a good buzz on, I was immediately turned off by this mouldy fruit smell, which I'm assuming is some kind of cheap air freshener to cover the smoke? Celings are low and there is a very poor ventilation system.

4. Check out was a long wait in line while the poor people behind the counter were dealing with the numerous complaints and billing errors.

5. The carpet actually looked fairly new and we had a large flat screen TV, so maybe they're in the process of updating Tower 1 as well? It's a shame that other reviews of this hotel are somewhat poor, I guess they expect Bellagio-quality rooms at Motel 6 prices.

6. The glazing was very poor, with the wind whipping against the glass and allowing the sound from the poolside PA system to be heard clearly.

7. I expected my kids to be exposed to some poor elements (after all it is Vegas) however this was above and beyond any of the other hotels.
