7. 99 a night for Wi-Fi - if, like us, you think that is ridiculous in 2012, just wander down to the Cafe Madelaine where you can pick up your e-mails for nothing and spend the money on coffee and cake.

8. I think most of the employees are forced to have one & if it is not natural, it is ridiculously annoying- They do not charge a resort fee, but they make up for that for totally screwing guests on the daily internet fee.

10. Room service is ridiculously uncharged, the tv reception is worse than if I used rabbit ears to get it myself, no coffee makers and the air-conditioning is horrible (but miraculously in the hallway outside the room its cool).
