2. We did have a leaking tap in our bathroom however the staff were very friendly and it was fixed without a problem.

3. Only problem is on Tuesday night you could hear the band by the Eiffel Tower and it was VERY VERY loud.

Well worth it along with the increased price you get free continental breakfast in the concierge room and in the afternoon you can go back for 2 free adult drinks (wine, liquor) unlimited soft drinks and water and tasty food expecially if you like fresh fruit, cheese, breads, desserts, and 2 hot dishes in the afternoon, also free printing of boarding passes they even allowed us use their computer to clear up a flight problem.
