1. no problems other than a random (occasional) knocking/ leak noise in the ceiling of the bathroom.

7. We had no noise issues at all but it was a Wednesday night so maybe no nightclub??Checking and out was fast and smooth.

8. We arrived on the busiest weekend of the year so far (spring break), although we were early we were able to check in to our Luxury room which was fine, separate shower and bath tub, 2 queen beds and at the back of the building so away from the noise.
